With over 30 years’ experience, Spencer Lion Ltd specialises in the management of both commercial and residential projects, with a string focus on the refurbishment and maintenance of historic and listed buildings.

We specialise in Section 20 works under the Landlord and Tenant Act and have successfully delivered numerous internal and external projects for mansion blocks and apartment buildings.  We work closely with leading property management companies and have a thorough understanding of the Section 20 process.

From initial brief through to project completion, we provide a full suite of services. These include preparing comprehensive tender packages, overseeing competitive tendering, drafting contracts, carrying out valuations, site monitoring and inspections, and signing off completed works including agreeing final accounts.

Our project portfolio ranges from £50,00 to £2.5 million and often includes planning and building regulation submissions. We also act as Principal Designer under the CDM Health & Safety Regulations.
